Yes.
and by that I mean I'd prefer it if things were submitted before the one day mark, but up until it goes down is okay since the system is mostly automated

Uh, sorry if this is off topic, but my submission is still pending and I uploaded it like a day or two ago. It's alright if it says, that, right? Because I'm thinking it has to be accepted before the deadline.
